A. 110 volts, the sockets are standard US

Q. What form of payment is accepted for purchases at the Lodge shop?

A. Credit cards or in cash (US dollars)

Q. Can I use the Lodge computer to access my emails, and if so what is the charge?

A. The Lodge computer is available to all guests, there is no charge for this service.

Q. Is there a laundry service at the Lodge?

A. There is a daily laundry service provided.

Q. How long is the fishing day?

A. Your guide will be available from 7.00am and all guests must return to the Lodge by 6.00pm

Q. What weight rod do I need to bring?

A. Most guests use an 8 or 9 weight rod.

Q. What time do we get back to Manaus on the following Saturday, and what is the earliest time I can book my return flight from Manaus international airport?

A. We aim to have guests back in Manaus by 11.00am. We advise that guests should not book their onward connecting flight before 2.00pm. Please recall that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by inclement weather or other factors beyond our control.

Q. How long is the flight from Manaus to the Lodge?

A. Approximately 1.5 hours.

Q. Are there mosquitoes at the Lodge?

A. You are unlikely to see mosquitoes at the Lodge. Insect repellent is advisable to protect against the “no-seeums”, especially early in the morning and in the evening.

Q. Is the flight from Manaus to the Lodge included in the package?

A. Yes, the flight from Manaus to the Lodge early on Saturday morning, and the return flight the following Saturday morning from the Lodge to Manaus are included in the package.
