Francois BothaFrancois Botha has been fly-fishing for 13 years and he passionately pursues the most exotic and remote fishing locations that the world has to offer. Only in recent years has he taken up photography but it has become a discipline equal to his fly-fishing and guiding. He feels inspired by pristine places where few other people have been and he enjoys capturing incredible moments as his life-long pursuit for that ‘one fish’ continues. Francois is a member of The Guide’s Company, where he serves as a director, and the Agua Boa Amazon Lodge remains one of their premiere destinations.
