We recognize and are immensely glad of the excellent support that our booking agents give us. Therefore, where we receive an inquiry from a potential new customer who already has a particular week in mind which is already pre-booked by a particular agent, then we will put that customer in contact with that agent.
 
If a new customer makes specific enquiries about the Agua Boa Amazon Lodge but has no particular week in mind at that stage, then we will try to put him/her in contact with their (geographically) nearest agent.
