Bookings

Your trip to the Agua Boa Amazon Lodge can be booked through one of our carefully chosen agents, their details can be found on the Rates and Reservations page. Our agents are experts in the business and will assist with all the additional requirements for your trip, such as making flight and hotel reservations and advising on visa requirements.

On receiving a booking  directly or from an agent,  a deposit of 50% of the trip price for each guest is required to secure the booking. A completed and signed terms and conditions form must also be received by Agua Boa Amazon Lodge’s own  Amazon Agency Corp. from each guest before the booking will be considered as confirmed. 
 

The balance of the trip price shall be due 90 days prior to the date of the relevant fishing trip. In the event of cancellation by the guest or the Agent, the deposit and second payment referred to above shall be non-refundable. The Amazon Agency Corp. will offer the next spaces available so that the guest can re book.
 

Should the fishing trip to the Agua Boa Amazon Lodge be cancelled by the Amazon Agency Corp. due to adverse fishing conditions, the guest will be offered the next available place at the Lodge.
